RON allows documents to be notarized virtually with both parties present via webcam.
The Process:
- Document Review: Email your document for review to ensure it meets notarization requirements.
- Secure Invitation: Once approved, you’ll receive an email with a link to join the virtual session and a separate invoice.
- Identity Verification: Verify your identity by providing your ID and answering security questions.
- Virtual Notarization: Join the session, where you and I will review and sign the document via webcam.
- Instant Access: Receive your notarized document immediately via email.
Preferred browser: Chrome. Supported devices: iPad, laptop, computer, or smartphone. RON is conducted using MISMO-approved platforms.

What is I-Pen (In-Person Electronic Notarization)?
I-PEN or In-Person Electronic Notarization
I-PEN combines the convenience of electronic signing with a face-to-face meeting. Using an iPad or smartphone, your documents are signed electronically and notarized in person.
The Process:
- Document Review: Email your document to ensure it meets notarization requirements, including proper terms and certificates.
- In-Person Meeting: Meet in a public space, my office, or a location with seating. Bring valid ID for identity verification.
- Secure PIN: You’ll receive a unique PIN to verify your electronic signature.
- Payment: Pay the invoice before the notarization process begins.
- Signing & Delivery: Sign electronically, and your notarized document will be emailed to you immediately.
